Returning a product...

If you need to return a product for repair, please call Orbit Research first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Send the product along with all of the accessories, a copy of your dated sales receipt and with the RMA Number clearly marked on the package, to the address given to you by the Orbit Research service representative.

Please ensure that the product is packaged properly to avoid damage during shipping. It is also recommended that the package be insured against damage or loss during shipment.

Please note that credit cannot be issued on items returned for refund within 30 days after purchase from Orbit Research, if the item is not in new and resaleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping Methods

Web orders are shipped by default via USPS, with delivery confirmation.

For shipping by Fedex or UPS, please place your order by phone (1-888-606-7248).
