1. New features, Improvements & Enhancements

	1.	Braille Pacer (auto-scroll) feature added
		a.	You can start/stop auto-scroll by pressing the Space key in reading mode
		b.	Scroll rate is configurable using the Space + Up/Down arrow keys. The rate can be set from 1 second to 20 seconds. The default setting is 10 seconds.
		c.	Fine adjustment of the scroll rate can be done using the Space + Dot 7 + Up/Down arrow keys. This  changes the scroll rate in steps of 0.1 second
		d.	You can review the current scroll rate from the menu, but it can be changed only while reading
		e.	All navigation commands are available during auto-scroll
		f.	The current scroll rate is not displayed when auto-scrolling.  However, when auto-scroll is stopped and the scroll rate is changed, the scroll rate will be displayed.
	2.	The system date is set to 1st March 2019 and new files created or edited will show this date.

Please note:
	1.	Device settings will be reset to the default after firmware upgrade
	2.	The localization package has also been updated.  Previous versions will not work with this release.
